Missing Hands at ipoker

I have played 29033 hands this month at ipoker using HM2 and when the archive is imported to HM3 i have only played 27549. Another troubling issue is i have raked more using HM3 having played less hands.

HM3 should have the more accurate import and rake compared to HM2 in general if you are importing using the latest beta versions of HM2 and HM3.

If you have not update HM3 to beta 3.1.14.6517 yet please update from this link.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Thanks Fozzy but there are more hands in HM2. Don't you think this would mean HM3 is missing them?. I am going to import them to PT4 for comparison and i will report back.

Yes, but HM3 may be rejecting more hands than HM2 did due to poorly written hand history files/format. To know why this is happening you need to send the hands to us as instructed above so we can test/import your hands with HM2, HM3 and PT4 using the latest daily builds and internal parsing files.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
