Hand history and HUD Configurations are transferred successfully from my HM2 Database to HM3. But I can not find out how to transfer the player notes. Can you tell me step by step?

Those should have been imported from the HM2 database to the HM3 database after the hands imported. You can see if it did or not in the HM3 - Tools - Import Details menu after the import, if you haven't restarted HM3 yet, as seen in the example below:
If yours did not import for some reason please make sure you were importing to HM3 beta version 3.1.14.6517. If you imported your HM2 database to HM3 using version 3.1.14.0 please update to the new beta from this link and try importing it again to a new HM3 database.11:23:07 Import Finished, took 5.29 seconds

If you continue to have problems
What specific site's hands notes did not import accurately from HM2 to HM3?
Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.
Please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here.
Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by site/game, tournament number, session, hole cards, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
Then upload the backup file to a file hosting site like Dropbox, then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with Dropbox try using WeTransfer or FileDropper or Google Drive and copy/paste the download link to us.
