HH says I mucked and does not calculate e.v (Poker Guts Ipoker)

Hi,

I recently lost 2 big multyway hands (PLO) where it came down to a showdown. I lost them when I was a big favorite.
When I saw how much $ev I got is showes $0. When I saw the HH it says that I mucked my hand which I did not because I was all in on turn.
Is there anyway to change this?

It sounds like they may have written the hands improperly. To confirm this and see if it is something we can workaround, or something IPoker needs to fix on their end, we need some sample hands sent to us for testing as instructed below.

Please update to our latest beta version 3.1.14.6517 of HM3, if you haven't update yet, from this link.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
