Copy/Paste item properties

Is there a way to copy/paste item properties and color ranges from one stat to another?

I believe the only stat item properties you can copy from one stat to another are the ones that you type text into such as the Font property, not the ones that have drop down options, by selecting it with the left mouse button then clicking Ctrl+C to copy the property details, switch to the other stat and select the properties then click Ctrl+V to paste it. Color Ranges can not be copied but you can create new 'Presets' and save 'Presets' at the bottom of the Color Ranges menu to use on other stats or HUD profiles.
