GG hands not importing

Hi,

Downloaded hands from GGpoker. Exported. I think did everything I need to do. When importing it says 0 hand imported. File looks good.

If hands are not importing to the latest HM3 version we need them sent to us for testing.

Make sure you have HM3 version 3.1.15.0 installed. If you do not see that version number in the header of HM3 please update to our latest stable version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...channel=stable

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
