We use Microsoft *.msi install/update files. To update to a new version you also need the msi file for the currently installed version in the same downloads folder on your computer. Please make sure you always keep that most recent *.msi file in your downloads folder if you regularly empty that folder.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Download the latest stable version of HM3 from this link -

- Download the previously installed version shown in that attached image from this link -
https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...ersion=3.1.9.0
- Once you have both files downloaded you can install the 3.1.14.0.msi file.
If you continue to have problems:
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Uninstall HM3 with this file -
