Was HM3 open when WPN updated? If so, you likely have multiple auto import folders configured now for the same site and that is causing issues.
Please open the HM3 - Tools - Site Settings... - WPN - Auto Import Folders menu and 'Remove' every WPN Auto Import Folder path from HM3 that is configured. Then check the proper WPN/BCP hand history and tournament summary paths in the poker client settings and configure HM3 to auto import from the new/current paths as instructed here.
