When I open HM3, it shows me Tournament Graph as ICM Adj. in orange and Net Won in green.
What is the difference between these two graphs (ICM Adj. is always higher than Net Won in my case)

What is the difference between these two graphs (ICM Adj. is always higher than Net Won in my case)
The ICM Adjusted line is your 'Tournament ICM adjusted net winnings in preferred currency'. In short, it is what you should have won if you ran as expected when all-in on the turn or earlier. If your Net Winnings line is below your ICM line in the graph, it means you are running below expectation (i.e. you should have won more than you actually did).
