Hello. In HM3 is it possible to filter hands with multiple hand markings? It wasn't possible in HM2.

Yes, you can filter for multiples in the Filter Editor - Basic - Common Filters - 'Tagged Hands' filter as shown in the attached image.

Here is my play money test database unfiltered with a few hands tagged in the Tag report:

I then toggled on 2 filters for Bluffs and Bad Beats:

And it returned the 3 rows that had either of those tags assigned:

thank you. is it possible to filter hands who have 2 hands marking. For exemple ask HM3 to show only hands with hand marking "badbeat" and also handmarking "for review"?
I mean a filter who ask to HM3: show me hands with thins hand marking AND also this one. And not: show me hands with this hand marking OR this one?

Yes, you have to manually edit the HMQL Auto Complete Filter System field at the top of the reports.

For example in that third image I had this filter from the filter editor:

HandTags CONTAINS ('Bluffs','Bad Beats')

It showed hands with either tag or both tags. I then manually edited that filter field using copy/paste to create this filter:

(HandTags CONTAINS ('Bluffs')) and( HandTags CONTAINS ('Bad Beats'))

And now it only shows the one row where a hand had both tags assigned:

The only way I can see to do this is in the Filter Editor you need to filter for every tag except the 'Bluffs' filter. If you have some hands assigned multiple tags like I did for the 'Bad Beats' and 'Bluffs' hand this filter will not filter out that hand unfortunately.
