    Default Hero stats are resetting from time to time and more

    Hi,

    1) When I am playing long sessions, sometimes Hero stats resets - hand starts from 0. How to make to not do that ? - when I multi tabling, it's hard to follow my table image.
    2) Sometimes one,few or all villeins stats start are shown for last 17 or something ( random small number ) hands and after 2-4 hands gets back to normal - stats for all hands I have on them. How to make hud not to do that ? Sometimes I'm in the hand and can see stats only for last 17 hand or similar.
    3) When I go to HM3 and chose session I can see my session divided in to two - lets say, I played for 12 hr., but it shows two sessions for example 10 hr. an 2 hr. Again, how to make HM3 not to do that ?

    Did you edit any of the HUD - HUD Options? *Those settings can drastically change what the HUD shows at the table. *Do your HUD Options - Filters appear the same as the default ones in the linked image here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/b0wyk6ei4v...ters2.png?dl=0 ? If not, change them so they do.

    If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screenshot - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...re-screenshots - showing the HUD, the By Stakes Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Options Filters and attach your \HM3logs files in a support ticket as explained in this FAQ -*https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support

    Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ.


    For 3) This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4334 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    I was going to ask the same question as number 1. Hero hud stats sometimes(few times per session) will reset it while playing mtts. My filters seem to be like u showed in that picture. Ideas?

    We are investigating reports of only hero hud resetting without HUD filters applied. We need to see logs from users where this happens because it has been difficult and time consuming for us to test and try to reproduce.

    If you continue to have problems please reproduce the problem and: screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support

    a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
    - Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

    b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue.
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue.*

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    *All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

    It's been a while. I did everything by instructions and provided all needed information 6 months ago. Today situation is the same for all 3 issues. Are you planning to resolve the issues ?
