I tried the old one and new one still didnt work out. I am not sure if it is because of update of Windows.

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It is a result of the new Winamax client that we are trying to add support for to HM3. It is impossible for us to release a new version of 3.1.12.0 that will run as a result of the issues we had yesterday with 3.1.13.0.

You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options.
