where is the support? I want to play and I can't. It last quite long time. Any answer? We pay for support annual fee with HEM3.
HEM2 support was much much better. You answer usualy on forum with a huge lag and you force us to pay annual fee. cmon

3.1.13.0 not loading
I actually thought this was related to not paying the annual support a dew days ago so I cancelled my subscription from the store then tried again but still didnt work..now I hope I can log back in after this is fixed without the annual subscription if they release a new version maybe I cant even install it..
We are aware of an issue that recently started preventing the launch of HM3 for some customers and are working to resolve it ASAP. Once we have this resolved we will post a download link to update HM3 and resolve this issue.

Could also be the latest update from GeForce, the NVidia graphics card

same problem here but HM3 staff is aware so we must wait for their fix
"Hud only" option doesn't work either.
Could you provide us with a link to the latest working version? That's the simplest solution.
