Import Pokerstars.com HH received by mail to HM2

I asked PS.com to send me my Hand history from 3 last hours, and I received it by mail as a text. How do I import it in HM2 ?

I remember having tried smthg like this months ago and it didn't work.

Copy the hands and paste to a txt file and import in file - import file.
