Random Holdem notes appearing for PLO hands and inconsistencies notes

Hi there.
Using HM3
Very odd behaviour can be seen in these 2 images.
The very first note I checked was PLO limp RR. There are a few things that I don't understand;

1) How does the note say the cards were T7s? it was PLO, so no 2 card notes should appear, and T7s was not even within the hand?
2) There are 2 notes visible for this player, one says he does it 0/2 , the other says 1/5; How can both be true?

Hi Brainer316,

For Omaha, try turning off this setting: NoteCaddy → File → Settings → Note Settings → Show $cardrange results in short form (uncheck) → Save.

After you save it, you will likely want to reset and reprocess the notes (NoteCaddy → File → Reset Notes).


For your second issue, I believe your Player Notes are showing 2 different notes because NoteCaddy has different notes for different game sizes. NoteCaddy by default splits notes by player size like this: heads-up, 3-6 handed, 7+ handed. When you're at a heads-up table you would only see heads-up notes. This can be adjusted in the NoteCaddy Settings, Partitions tab.
