Export Hands

I have several nicknames and alias, while I want to export hands from whole year for hero only, it takes only 20000 hands to export and only from one room Run It Once, what can I do to export all hero hands?

Did you have an alias name selected as the active player in the reports or an alias name? Try selecting the alias as the active player in the reports then export using the [x] 'All' option instead of hero only and it should do what you want based on the test I just did.

If you continue to have problems:

Please send us the actual database for testing.
- Please 'Contact Support' with a link to this thread and your forum username.
- Close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- The *.hmdb files are saved by default in C:\Users\{Username}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3\Databases
- Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
- When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email.
- If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like Dropbox, then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with Dropbox try using WeTransfer or FileDropper or FireFox Send or Google Drive and copy/paste the download link to us.

HMT-3051: "Hero only" exports do not export anything for aliases

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3051 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

someone told me that i can export for every nickname separate..and it works..so no need to help anymore, just select your nickname not alias and u can export it..

What are you trying to do?

If you select Hero only it should only do that Hero.

You can also access your hands in c:\hm3archive separated by site, then date.

but u cant export them from alias, it takes hands from only 1 hero always
