Language is italian, so VISUALIZZA = VIEW, STRUMENTI = TOOLS, AIUTO = HELP.
I can't evaluate the free version of RW.
How can I do?

This isn't something we can help with from the forums because we do not have any information about your account/licenses, and do not have a copy of your log files to review.
- Make sure you logged in to your account and signed up for the RW free version here - https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/apps/rangewizard.php
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
I apologize for the previous reply as I was misinformed as to how a Free version of Range Wizard is started.
Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta
You should now see the Apps menu where you can click the 'Get HM3 Apps' option to sign up for the Free version of Range Wizard.

If you still don't see the Apps menu open the HM3 - Help - 'My Licenses...' and click the 'HM Apps' tab in the upper right corner to sign up.
I am not sure how I/we missed this thread the past couple of days but I apologize for the delay in reply.
