    Default notecaddy creating notes

i was windows 7 user and notecaddy has been working well until i reinstall system to windows 10..now the creating notes on thread (8) speed hands per second is like 37 to make a note earlier on windows 7 the speed was like 500..
and guide how to configure it under windows 10 and hm3?? there is not postgres installed in my system, is it the reason? I dont know it looks like option dont work at all for me, for example thread 1 works same speed like thread 8.. i had some sql logic errors while opening notecaddy after hem3 installation on fresh system..

    Hi Dastan30,

HM3 doesn't use postgreSQL, it uses a different database structure, and you shouldn't need to worry about that.

Please try resetting NC to factory settings, it usually solves issues like you are experiencing.

Be aware that doing this will change your settings in NoteCaddy back to their default settings. *To do this, close HM3 and the server. *Navigate to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData\NoteCaddy. *Delete these files (if you don't see some of them it's OK):*

    ActiveColorLayout.xml
    ActiveNoteLayout.xml
    caddylayoutEx.xml
    CaddySettings.xml
    default_ActiveColorLayout.xml
    default_ActiveNoteLayout.xml
    default_caddylayoutEx.xml
    default_InactiveColorLayout.xml
    default_InactiveNoteLayout.xml
    defaultmappings.xml
    InactiveColorLayout.xml
    InactiveNoteLayout.xml

Start HM3, and go back into NoteCaddy. *You can adjust your settings in NoteCaddy -> File -> Settings to your preferences again. Then try resetting and reprocessing your notes (NoteCaddy → File → Reset Notes).

Please let us know if you still have issues.

No, it doesn't include NC notes in the backup.

What site are your hands from?

We are communicating via Skype. If someone else has this issue, I believe what happened for Dastan30 is that when he upgraded win7 to win10, the HM3 database got corrupted in some way. After creating a new database and importing hands into it again, the NC speed should be fast again.
