Does HM3 GGpoker rake include jackpot rake?

Hey,

I have question as above - does GGpoker shown rake include Jackpot rake (1bb for each pot over 30bb)? Thanks for clarification

It should be calculating properly for newly imported hands in the 3.1.12.0 version of HM3 we released recently. Previously imported hands will have to be 'force reimported' to the same database as instructed below, or imported to a new database.

You will have to 'force reimport' the hands if importing them to the same database. Toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of hand histories' then import the files again using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options. See the linked images below:

Hey, thanks for your input. Unfortunately it still doesn't explain if HM3 calculates that 1bb towards rake or not (as per se it is not rake but it used solely for Jackpot purposes).

It should be calculating the rake, and jackpot rake, properly now based on their updated rake schedules that we fixed in our internal 'IMP-137: Updated GGPoker Rake Schedule' developer ticket. Hands with pots over 30bb have an additional bb of rake added to the Rake stat in HM3.

If you think it is not being calculated properly after force reimporting the hands, or importing the hands to a new database:

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
