Fold to Cbet In action sequences returning hands that aren't folded

I'm trying to create a stat for how often a player folds to cbet on flop.
I'm getting hands returned that the player doesn't fold to a bet or cbet on flop.

I attached images showing my action sequences set up on the flop.

What might I be missing?

Are you seeing hands in the NoteCaddy Seek that are Opportunities, not Instances? If so, that is completely normal. NoteCaddy needs to have the hands which are opportunities in order to generate a frequency (for example 3/10 30%).
