exported hands end up where?

i've tried to export my hands a couple of times, can't see in which folder they land.

It allows you to choose the path during the export steps if you do not want to use the default path. The default export path is in the same parent folder as your databases, backup files, and saved graph images - C:\Users\{UserName}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3. The exported hands will be in the C:\Users\{UserName}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3\Exported\ folder.

i've tried to do that 100 times, nothing appears in the folder. what might i do wrong?

Are you using onedrive?

Did you try saving to something like c:\exported?

Please duplicate the issue and send us both your Windows Event Viewer application logs, and your \Desktop\HM3logs\ folder of files, as instructed below with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.*

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. hello. i gave it another go today.

now when i export, i can only get todays hands. it exports only the hands played today, even though i want the hands for the last 18 months to be exported....

what might be the problem? I tried to export to a folder on an external hard drive and the same thing happeneed, only todays hands were exported.

omg, im sorry. never mind. they're all there 🤦🏻*♂️

bc the files had todays date, i though each file was a hh or something. but there were loads of hands in there.
