Creating first note Open Raise Preflop Check Fold Flop

Im attempting to create a note state that is this:
Open raise preflop get called by one player then check fold flop.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You need to uncheck 'Player's final action on this street' for the Flop Bet and Flop Fold. These are just necessary to use for the previous street before the final action. If you check those, then it means it basically HAD to happen, and won't create missed opportunities (which are needed to generate frequencies).
