There was a thread about this, doesn't show up in search.
Does hm3 HUD work properly for this now? The problem on hm2 was that it would only show HUD on ONE table.

I do not see any open HM3 developer tickets about HUD issues. There are 4 open tickets I found searching and they were all related to report issues with results, equity, rake/rakeback, etc.
If you have any issues with the HUD on those games/tables:
Please reproduce the problem and:
Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.
Ok. Presumably as PT4 is sorting things with the recently added WPN summaries then you’ll be doing the same for hm. Will you do for hm2 as well?
We are working to add support for their new *.ots (Open Tournament Summary) files we developed. HM2 will not get the same support as this would be considered a new feature, not a bug fix for an existing feature.
All development of new features, tools and game type support will be focused on HM3. We will continue to support HM2 for bug fixes and parser updates until an end of life (“EOL”) date of December 31, 2020. See this FAQ for more information.
Is it fully working for WPN yet? All hands tracked plus summaries? tia
All hands should be tracked but there are 2 issues:
- WPN's *.ots summary files do not have all the information in the summary files that we need to be able to track tournaments properly such as number of tables, table size, number of entries/re-entries, rebuys, add-ons, etc. This is documented for our developers in IMP-130: Improve OTS Standard.
- The current beta has some issues with results (i.e. winnings and net winnings) which we documented in IMP-119: HM3 - WPN tournaments detection issues (OTS) which will be fixed in our next beta release. You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum here - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278
- We have another open issue IMP-132: Winning (WPN) Tournament Total Buy-In Game and Fee Game not being detected which will not be fixed in the next beta as that release is imminent.
This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When IMP-132 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
For now*you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports - Tournaments - Tournaments - right-click a tournament in the upper half the report grid - Edit - Tournament Editor, then edit as needed and click 'OK' to save the edits.
Are you doing the same with PT4? Making it compatible for WPN ?
Yes, we are working to make HM3 compatible with the WPN Tournament Summary files as HM3 and PT4 use the same parsing/import and tournament detection code. The WPN *.ots (Open Tournament Summary) files are currently missing some information so we can not properly detect things such as Total Buyin, Fee, Number of Entries, Re-buys, Re-entries, Add-ons, etc. Once they add that information to their summary files we will be able to improve the tournament detection for WPN. For now*you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports - Tournaments - Tournaments - right-click a tournament in the upper half the report grid - Edit - Tournament Editor, then edit as needed and click 'OK' to save the edits.
We will NOT be adding support for these new summary files in HM2.
