Default Importing hands from PT4 => HEM2 .... no files left in processed folder...

I go to users/appdata/local/pt4/processed ... sadly no hands in this file.

I then open up pt4, database tab, go to export hands and save them in a folder. When I open hem2 to import it doesnt recognize hands and just says it imports the files but no hands are actually being imported.

So whats best way to get these 60k hands played on my ignition in my pt4 database over to hem2 right now? Thanks

edit: Do I need to use a converter?

maybe its not importing because I am not using the converter for these exported hands from pt4? I forgot Pt4 imports ignition hands without using converter, so now that I am using HEM2 again, is that what is stopping it from recognizing the hand files?

    What do you mean?

    How were they created?

What program did you use when playing on Ignition?

ignition/bovada would just save the hand histories in a folder on computer ... I would import them using pt4.

Now I am going to back to hem2, and was looking to get the hands out of pt4 into hem2. In other threads they mentioned just going into appdata/local/pt4/ and importing them from there. but theres nothing in that folder for me. and when i try to export hands out of pt4 into a folder on my desktop .. hem2 is not able to import them.

If you downloaded hands from the Ignition client then manually imported them to PT4 the hands will not be in the PT4 \Processed folder. The \Processed folder is only for live play hands that get auto imported. You need to import from the Ignition downloads folder as explained in this FAQ - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...-manual-import

By default this will be something like C:\Users\{UserName}\Ignition Casino Poker\Hand History

Unfortunately the method above will not be able to accomplished. Once the original hand files hit pt4 database they were deleted. So let me rephrase this question ---

Is there anyway to import these ignition/bovada hands into hem 2 from pt4 using export hands function on pt4? or do I have no way of recovering these files?

If you were importing hands automatically, they got archived.

Please 'Contact Support' here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Send a screenshot of the PT4 processed folder.

You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
