First of all - has it been fixed? My account says that this is fixed:
In this case I need to wait for the release of the HM2 next to 8699 update package with these fixes?
And second, as you see on Picture, all my tickets was resolved and closed, but I have not received any email notifications although I ordered them for all the fixes.
And so on for all three of my tickets.
I doubt that they could get into spam, because I received all the messages about the creation of tickets and the request to notify me when they were corrected without any problems.
What could be the problem?
