Database dropped a bunch of data and won't show new hands

The HUD overlay itself is working and recording new hand data, but the database has dropped a large section of hands, including any new hands, and is stuck at some 500 hands recorded (should be about 4k).

But HM3 is still getting data, because the HUD on the poker table is working fine and updates as new data comes in.

Other information:
There used to be a problem where the popups from clicking on the player's HUD would appear partially off screen. This problem stopped with the database problem I'm having started. I don't know for sure if there is a relation or not.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
