How to ungroup tournaments.

Hi,

When i go to reports, I can see all the tournaments I already played.
BUT for instance, today i played 2 tournaments, and it shows there: 11/08/2020 Count: 2

How do I see it separatly one from another in the list, I dont want the tournaments to be grouped from the same day, i like to have a view of them all in a separate way.
I dont know if I was clear, my english is not the best.
