    Default NC Object reference Error

    Hi NC team,

NC is giving me this error in the error log: 2020.08.05 10:37:40:6316 Error processing note: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
NC is creating notes but when I run seek run it on on a note definition it finds no hands. I have reset my notes twice and tried a fresh install of both HM2 and Postgres but this helped. Im not using any filters and have ver 2.6.0.14

Appreciate your help in getting to the bottom of this.

    Thanks

    Hi monchaos,

Please try resetting your settings back to default (only settings, no need to clear note definitions): http://wiki.assaultware.com/Resettin...-settings.ashx

After you do that, you can restart HM2 and configure your settings back to how you prefer, and then try resetting and reprocessing your notes again.

If you still have issues after that can you please create a support ticket here? https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/ticket/79

    In the ticket please include:
    -link to this thread
-your hand histories exported from HM2
-your definitions folder (exclude any backup folders) from: C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\NoteCaddyDefinition s

Your hand histories folder and definitions folder may be large, so be sure to .zip them, and upload them to a cloud service like OneDrive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.com and share a link in the ticket.

This will allow us to test your configuration, reproduce the issue and submit it to get fixed.
