888 Hud works for Tourney / Not Working for Cash (normal, not SNAP)

HUD arrives automatically for Tourneys.
For cash games I can see the hands being imported straight away in my "LIVE PLAY" window on HM3 but there's no HUD on the cash table. I am aware that HUD is restricted on SNAP but thought it was available on normal cash tables. Anybody have the same experience?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

HUD-15: HUD not working on 888poker anymore

This is only affecting cash games and is related to some recent changes we made for their 'Snap' tables. It is an urgent issue that should be addressed soon for one of our upcoming beta or official releases.

For now you can rollback from 3.1.11.6117 to 3.1.11.0, until we get fixed this in a newer beta above 3.1.11.6171, from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...channel=stable

You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. I just got confirmation that the next update will fix the regular cash tables, and will also have support for their Snap tables as they changed their policy and now allow a HUD there. We were hoping to release the update today but we just found a few blockers for support of the new WPN *.ots open tournament summary files we have been helping them to implement.
