    Default Ignition hole cards exposed

I have downloaded regular holdem NL hands from the game transactions page 48+ hours after the fact. (note: i also auto-imported them live.) I believe i have also uploaded the downloaded hands into HM3. However, I do not see the hole cards when i view the HH in the replayer. Is there a step I am missing? how can i verify the new hands were downloaded and replaced the previous ones?

You have to make sure you toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of previously imported hands' then import the files again using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options as explained in this section of our Ignition Setup Guide.

I am glad to help. It is a common question with Ignition customers since we leave that option disabled by default for speeding up auto and manual imports, as most customers that don't play at Ignition do not ever need that option enabled.
