Caddy Report is blank

Im using HM3 and note caddy. I believe i have a trial never purchased it yet.

I processed my database and i expected to see a caddy report.

Is it because this is still in beta or what is the steps to get a caddy report?

Hi wiflopper,

The caddy report displays when new notes are taken during play. Are you playing poker when you're looking at the caddy report?

Thank you for clarifying I was not running it while i was playing I will test that this morning.
