Tournament Option not showing in Live Hand viewer

Hello,

I am playing on a site called SWCPoker.
I have been able to get the Holdem Manager to read the hand history successfully (Had to manipulate which site it associated the hands with, Had to use Pokerstars)
Now, the cash games are fine but when I try to see the hands for a Tournament that I am in, the option to change to Tournament returns with that there are no Tournament hands.

I know because of the fact that SWC is not a major site, the overlay is not going to work, and that is fine, but I want to be able to review the hands. Manually importing the file does not bring the hands up for review.
The import report returns with:

I have imported other files with similar errors without issue.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?

If you make a post on our forums and do not see it right away, please do not post it again and again. Our forums have automated moderation for possibly malicious posts and your multiple threads all went into the moderation queue to be manually approved.

We do not support SWC natively. How exactly did you make HM3 detect them as PokerStars? Did you edit the raw files, or convert them with a 3rd party app/site?

Please 'Contact Support' with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I apologize. The info pop up that informed me that the post needed to be reviewed first, went by a bit quickly and I missed it. I will be sure, in the future to only submit once and allow the review process to be completed. Thank you.

I did not have to convert or manipulate the files at all. If you set the site to PokerStars and then direct it to your SWCPoker hand history folder (I moved it from its default location to a storage drive) it will accept the hand histories and display them. It seems PokerStars HH format is similar enough to SWC that it reads, with a few minor issues, just fine (Some of the hands shown in the Hand Replays are incorrect (Wrong suit, wrong card) The information displayed in HM3 by default, without opening the replay is correct. If you open the hand with the hand viewer, however, it is fine and shows no error in information. This is uncommon. It is not a regular issue, but it does happen occasionally.
