Default Tournament > Tournaments > edit does not work

I'm trying to manually edit the results for STT double up tourneys from Ignition (since it shows "Finish: 0" because the top 3 places pay equal). After editing the place and prize properties, nothing changes after I hit OK. Am I missing something here, or is this a bug? I am running the app with administrator/elevated privileges, and auto-import is not running while I'm editing.

    Thanks

Update: now when I click Edit from the context menu, I get a message box that just says "Make sure your report includes both Site and TournamentNumber". Also, it appears that some of the STT double up tourneys do show me winning. Im wondering if the HH format changed or my DB is corrupt or something.

Update 2: The message box issue went away after I changed the selected stats back to default (I had one extra stat added, "bb won"). It also showed 100% of the tournaments as having the review tag and I could not add or remove tags. Might want to write up a bug report for that.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

HMT-5435: Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app hands cannot be edited in tournaments results

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5435 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

If you download and manually import the tournament hands from the Ignition client (24+ hrs after the session) as explained in this part of our Ignition FAQ you will then be able to edit the tournament results.

Please try all the steps in this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I've already re-imported into a new DB, and def not a filter issue. I'll prepare the data and open a ticket. Thanks.
