Live view

Hi,

I am having trouble making the live view automatically import and show hands. I have to manually import the hand histories for it to work. I am playing on PokerStars.

Any ideas?

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...ars-Setup#lang

Please edit the Tools - Site Settings - {your site/network name} - Time Zone Adjustment - [x] 'Manual hand time adjustment (in hours)' option so that the time for the hands in the Reports will match your local time if the Auto Detect method did not properly set the offset value.
