    Default HM2 Windows 7 re-install

    Moved HM2 over to a Windows 7 machine, installed HM2Auto Update and reset the license code. It's not accepting my license code. I've deleted the file in C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses to no effect.

    Software is behaving as if the license doesn't exist. I know it's correct because I copy/paste from website. What's the solution to get HM2 up and running after a re-install on a new machine and resetting code from website?

    Regarding the bold in the quote: Did you install the full setup file for version 8673 before you installed/updated 8695? HM2 uses 2 different types of installers: one for first time installs and one for updating HM2 if already installed. If you did not do that, you need to do that first.

    Reinstall HM2 from this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    - After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
    * If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
    - Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

    Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe


    Once you are sure HM2 was installed fully, and updated to the latest beta, in the proper order:

    The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed. Please try using our site to retrieve and/or reset the code whenever necessary.

    If you have any problems activating the software please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

    If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

    performed the procedure, reset the profile and still HM2 does not recognize the license #

    We can't help further in the forums. You have to send us the log files in a support ticket (do not attach the logs to this thread) as was instructed in the last line and FAQ link of the previous reply above.

    Please 'Contact Support' with a link to this thread and your forum username.

    Please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with screenshots and a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.
