    Is there any change my ticket get updated?

    I apologize for the delay in reply. Our support ticket volume has increased drastically the past few months due to the pandemic/lock-downs, and our sales team that handles those types of tickets are working limited hours this week due to the holiday here in the USA. They should reply when they are online again later today.

    look at my ticket the last reaction is on 1 jul.

    This is just lack on support. You guys just login from home.
    so what have it to do whit corona or holidays?
    Busy whit so many tickets? I'm sorry i don't believe that.

    I apologize for the delay in reply.

    I just checked with our sales team. That was some sort of bug on our site with how it talks to Paypal. He forwarded it to our site admins to try and resolve. Once they have fixed the issue they will reply to let you know the license was issued.

    Everything what you need to know is there. The money I have sent out directly to the PayPal account.
