Ignition - Opponents' Hole Cards Not Showing?

I play on Ignition. I manually imported my hand history, but when replaying the hands none of the opponents' hole cards are showing. Is there something that needs to be clicked to show the opponents' hole cards or something? I can't figure it out.

You downloaded the hands and manually imported them with the 'allow reimport' option enabled as instructed in this FAQ?

All you should have to do is toggle on the 'Show Hand Results' option in the replayer:
