Hi,
Do you know when it's gonna be fixed please?
I didn't find a ticket from you about this. Please follow the post above y ours.
Regards udbrky (Chris)
It was fixed some time ago. Make sure you have HM3 v3.1.11.0 installed. If you have not updated yet:
Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta
We use Microsoft *.msi install/update files. To update to a new version you also need the msi file for the currently installed version in the same downloads folder on your computer.
- Here is the previous beta - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...on=3.1.10.6062
- And the previous stable - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...rsion=3.1.10.0
Note: If you are prompted for a different beta (4 digits at the end of 'Alpha&version' file/link name) or a different stable (single 0 at the end of 'Stable&version' file/link name) simply copy/paste the link to a new browser tab then edit the link to match the error shown before you hit the Enter key.
If you continue to have problems:
a) Please reproduce the problem and:
- Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
- Try to include the Live Play tab, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.
b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue.
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue.*
- Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page.
With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.
When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like Dropbox, then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with Dropbox try using FileDropper or FireFox Send or Google Drive and copy/paste the download link to us.

Sorry this time i was just too lazy to open another ticket, and i saw lots of people had the bug so at least one of them will open it...otherwise it becomes a part time job...lol
I still like to participate to find and fix bugs but it's not always easy to find time.
I was playing on my laptop mainly on Pokerstars and i noticed i didn't restart it for ages and my HM was always on the background without restarting too so i didn't noticed the update was available, but i updated,it's working fine, thx a lot for answering.
By default the HM3 Server will not close when you close the HM3 client. This is so you can still import hands and use the HUD even if the software is closed. When HM3 and the server are both closed you can get HM3 to this state using the 'HM3 HUD Only' desktop or start menu shortcut. If you want the import server to close when you close the main HM3 window you have to disable your Tools - Settings - General option to [ ] 'Keep HM3 running in HUD only mode upon exit'.
You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You will receive a prompt to update to any/all beta and official builds once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. You can also check our HM2 Releases forum for new updates and download them manually from there - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=111
