would really like to see a feature where say VPIP - if villains stat is say > 40 (customizable obv), the font goes Bigger (or smaller as the case may be) and Bold (aswell as the colour)

We have this feature request which would do some of what you want:
HMT-4733: Add stat specific 'Dim for Sample size' filter to HUD Editor - Item Properties (HM2 Feature)
