    Default Fetching Data delay

When I click on a popup, the data in the popup is blank at first.

I always have to wait about a minute before the data will be fetched.
How can I make the data be ready?

I tested this on regular tables pokerstars tables. I need to click each popup for every player and wait at least a minute for each player.

This problem also occurs in Zoom tables. So the popups are useless in Zoom. The data will eventually be fetched for Zoom popupss, but only if I sit out, and click each player's HUD, and wait.

    Please reproduce the problem and:

    a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
    - Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

    b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page.
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

I submitted the requested feedback via HEM3.

    Here are screenshots:

    Reproducing the error:

Data will appear in the popup after about 2 or 3 minutes.
Process must be repeated for each player

Maybe a cause / related issue:

    I buy datamined hand histories.

If I click on HEM3 while it is loading it says "Not Responding"

So I leave it alone and it runs smoothly after 2 or 3 mins.

As datamining is against the rules at all of the sites we support we can not provide technical support with hands customers didn't actually play in. If you are having problems importing actual played hands you can send them to us via email and we can try to solve those problems - but we can not spend our resources trying to help you break the terms of service at sites we support.

Please try to create a new small/test database: File - New Database* then manually import some hands via File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive and/or C:\HM3Archive. Do NOT import any observed/mined hands to this new database.

*Please do not create your HM3 Database in a sub-folder of any cloud file hosting service (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc) as it can cause database corruptions because it will constantly be syncing the database to the cloud while you are playing/importing.* You can configure HM3 to archive any auto imported hand history files to a cloud file hosting service folder if you choose to as that will not affect the SQLite database in any way, and you can obviously store any HM3 database backup files you create in a cloud folder instead of the default path HM3 suggests when backing up databases.

If you continue to have problems in the new database, that no longer has mined hands, then send us a new set of logs, screenshots, hands, etc.
