Manual Import does not have time offset (GGPoker)

I haven't been able to find where you can set a time offset for manual imports. When I import my hands from GGPoker, the time is incorrect on all of them. It appears that the hand history maybe dumping the time in UTC.

Is there a setting in HM3 that I am missing to resolve this?

There is no offset because there is no slot for them in the Site Settings menu as they do not write live hands for a HUD. They are supposed to adjust to each user's local time when importing them but that is not working properly right now.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
