Default Bug After Installing a Beta and reverting to original

I upgraded to Notecaddy beta 2.8.0.116 to make Notecaddy work in WPN however the replayer would froze afterwards and make hem very slow.
I went back to the original version ( 2.6.0.14) but now Note creation is EXTREMELY slow . It start at 20hands/s and then shrink to 3hands/seconds or less ( until it reaches 0).

I've noticed also that in the notecaddy Log
A file grows Massively which didn't happen before

This error log is full of lines like these :
2020.06.19 16:37:05:5973[CaddyArbeiter 020] Error processing note: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    w different numbers after CaddyArbeiter

This is how log files look before installing the beta and after reverting to original one

Any idea how to fix this?

    Thanks,

    Hello Roronoa,

I suggest to reset NoteCaddy back to its default factory settings http://wiki.assaultware.com/Resettin...-settings.ashx

You do not need to delete any of your definitions, but you will want to delete the settings (which you can adjust back to your preferences afterwards).

After you do this, if you want to try a NoteCaddy Beta version for HM2 please try this latest version http://www.assaultware.com/notecaddy.2.9.41.0.zip
Here is a link to instructions about how to install it: https://forums.holdemmanager.com/sho...d.php?t=541805

Please feel free to delete the massive log file. I think after you reset your NoteCaddy back to default, you shouldn't have that happen ever again.

ty. The speed is now working and the logs stopped. Will update the thread later if i have problems with the results, resetting the notes and running Notecaddy at the moment.

So the import work well but now I no longer have access to the n2d file ( protected definitions) . Any idea how to retrieve those?

You should see them in your backup folders located here: C:\Users\[Windows Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\NoteCaddyDefinition s

You could alternatively import the package(s) into NoteCaddy -> Tools -> Import (if you're using the Beta NoteCaddy you can install the packages from in NoteCaddy -> Manage My Ultimate Packs).
