There used to be an option to pay for support with HM2. I don't see it anymore and I need help with HM3. Can I still pay for support to have one on one help?

Only the HM2 Support site has that option for 'Premium Support' but our support volume has more than doubled the past few months due to the pandemic so our team does not have time for the paid remote support sessions.
Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
