Here is the previous beta - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...ion=3.1.9.5853

And the previous stable - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...ersion=3.1.9.0

Download it and then it should work.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

I have this same issue and mine also lists 3.1.9.5853 as does the op's. I cannot install a new version or uninstall the old one. I believe the issue is with the currently installed .5853 and thus, the new links you provided are not working. How can I proceed without losing my database?

Attempting to install either .9 as you just linked leads to a "The installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package". Attempting to install .10 or .8 leads to the error message op linked. Uninstall attempt leads to error message op linked.

You have to download 3.1.10.0 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...channel=stable

Then you have to download the beta to the same folder from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...ion=3.1.9.5853

Once you have both files downloaded and in the same folder, simply double click the 3.1.10.0.msi file and install the update.

This is how Microsoft .msi installers work. You always need the .msi for the installed version in the same folder as the installer for the new version you are updating to.

Okay I downloaded both those files, and confirmed both files are in my downloads folder together right next to eachother. I then double clicked the 3.1.10.0.msi file and attempted install. Still the same error message.

I also cannot uninstall either, which indicates its an issue with the current install to me? not with the new file or where the new file is, at this point i think i really need to delete HEM3 and do a fresh install of .10, but how can i delete it if it is not allowing me to uninstall it? nuke it from the registry? go in and just start deleting folders/files? I am not sure and am seeking guidance on how to do that, ty for your prompt replies!
