    Default Ladbrokes Poker Hand History Location

    Hi there,

    I have recently started playing with Ladbrokes and can find nowhere in the settings where you can save your hand histories. I am aware that huds work with ipoker so if anybody could tell me where the location may be, I would really appreciate it.

    Ipoker tends to use several locations. It might depend on how you installed - whether as admin or not.

    It should be C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data

    But I've seen it in c:\poker and in the program files folder for that skin

    Try searching your computer for your site name or playername.

    You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

    I have found all the files (in a number of locations) but is seems the only files that change are in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\cef3-cache-3359\Ladbrokes\LadbrokesPoker\Profile-x. A new Profile-x number is generated for each session and I assume these contain the hand histories but seems HEM cannot interpret the files.

    I am a new player in the UK and I am struggling to find a soft site that is supported by HEM. Have accounts with Stars and 888 but they are a bit tight for me and full of sharks. Any suggestions are welcome?

    There should be a folder near there that is formatted such as:

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data

    There is no such folder. After a lot more poking around in the files it seems Ladbrokes uses neither the i-poker or MicroGaming client as suggested in previous threads but uses the party poker client which I have determined from the ConfigParams.ini file:

    [Params]
    ContentLink = http://www1.bwin.gr/Downloads/SWFsForSmartInstallerAndUpgraders/SmartUpgrader/content.htm?bid=$BrandName$&pid=$ProductName$&lid= $LangName$
    SUCrashReportURL=debug.partygaming.com
    SULogURL=http://www1.partypoker.com/Downloads/fileupload.jsp

    I understand this client does not support local hand histories since June 17th 2019.

    I also found the following in the InstalledProducts.in file:

    ExcludeList=HandHistory;Notes.txt;WatchList.txt;St ats;

    I have discovered looking through the local cache that the client loads the hand histories by retrieving them via the internet using an API e.g https://poker.ladbrokes.com/en/mobil...ons?gameType=1

    Presumably HEM does not support retrieval via API?

    This is why we list everything as networks, instead of skins. We cannot keep updated with the constant changes that skins undergo.

    You can manually import the requested hand history files.

    HM3 supports PartyPoker skins that continue to save hand histories and don't prohibit the use of our software. PartyPoker.com and skins in the same global pool are not supported. These skins have a 'My Game' section of their software where you can download the hands from, then use the HM3 - File - Import Files/Folder options to manually import the anonymous hands for import.
