Having problems with license updating from Free Trial

I purchased a HM3 License (the $100 small stakes HM3/OM3 one) and my software is stuck on 13 days left of free trial. I have tried rebooting PC /reinstalling program and it is still stuck. It says I can upgrade out of the free trial for an additional $20 for HM3 and an additional $20 for OM3. Anyone have this issue that could point me in the right direction?

Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.

Restart HM3 and open the Help - My Licenses menu and then click on your email address and login again with your account email/password for your purchased license.
