    is there a way to track result on this format?
    if no, is there an update planned?

    We do not support Tempest or any of their other temporary, non traditional, Holdem or Omaha games that they rotate through their lobby ever few months.

    Sorry for necroing an old post, but it very relevant to my question.

    The OP got the answer that you do not support temporary games that's rotated every few months.

    Tempest has been running for a while on PokerStars now.
    According to your release notes for 3.1.6.0 (Official Release - December 23, 2019), PokerStars - Prevent import of unsupported Deep Water and Tempest hands(temporary games), it's been more than a year.


    How long does a format need to run, before it's no longer temporary?

    We do have an open feature request to add support for these games but it is not a priority at this time. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5709 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
