SnG Sensei isn't working!!

Hello,

I follow all the steps on the video, but SnG Sensei doesn't work! The Sensei Wizard freeze at Step 2/5.. If I manually go to My Favorites, it goes on until the last step, when it says: The choices in the Search Filter(s) have probably changed. Please set up your searches again and re-save them. Then, you can re-start the Wizard. Even after doing all the steps it asks, I always end up stuck on this. Already sent a log file and an e-mail! Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english hahaha

Yesterday i got my monthly subscription just to use the Sng sensei feature. I can´t use it at all so i think it would be fair if you refund me the money. I have used it several times before and it worked (Will do when it works for sure)

current version (the last) 2.8.50 and pokerstars.it sensei don't work !!

There are other upgrade planned?
