    Default Note Caddy reinstalled hm2

    Hello,

    I have a new computer. I use HM2 and when i try to run notecaddy i have a video but nothing else. I can't do anything, import notes, etc. The main page is not showing. I can only buy premium note caddy but i already have it. When video ends i have nothing showing on the screen. Just a note: Please select a note caddy option from the ribbon. But i dont have any option to choose.

    Any idea how to fix it ?

    That's strange. Are you asked to input your HM2 license key in HM2 when you start it up? If so, are you using the correct license key that has NoteCaddy attached to it (in case you have more than one HM2 license)?

    Yeas i was asked and i did input my HM2 license key in HM2. If it wound be correct i should get info about that. Its correct i always copy/paste it. I also have my note caddy premium licence but where i should put it in ? When i click run note caddy i have a veido showing and it starts to create notes but i cant do anything. I can only watch video. So its working cuz i can see at the bottom of the screen creating notes xxxxx of xxxxxx. But i cant actually do anything. When the video ends it sais plsase select a Note Caddy option from the ribbon but i can't see any option. I use NC for 3 or 4 years now i ve never had this problem.

    Reseting the licence at website seems like it resolved the problem.
