Having HUD on two poker clients clients running with iPoker

Hi, is it possible to use HM3 HUD on both poker clients if they run iPoker (or any)? More specifically, I'm talking about Betfair and Grosvenor, which I have been told they both run iPoker. My doubt was whether there would be some confict between the folder where these clients store hand histories, and how HM3 manages to sort this thing out.
