Check your HM3 - Tools - Settings and make sure you only have one auto import folder configured for the current hand history folder - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...ker-Network%29
There is a known issue in their client that causes it's updates to fail when the HM3 server is running. This causes customers to have to reinstall and then the WPN client creates new install/handhistory paths, which cause this:
HMT-5222: WPN/Winning HUD not working if multiple auto import folders are configured in Site Settings
You need to delete/remove any unused WPN hand history paths that are no longer being used.
This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5222 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
